5. Live Fish Disclaimer

By purchasing live fish, you acknowledge that:

Live fishes are sensitive and affected by transit, weather, and handling.
Minor stress, color loss, or temporary inactivity after delivery is normal.
We are not responsible for losses due to improper acclimation or care.

Replacement is applicable only under our Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) policy as stated in the Shipping & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Live fish are shipped only on scheduled days.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch as per policy.
Live fish orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Refunds and replacements are governed by our Shipping, Refund & Return Policy.
