Different rules apply to live fish and dry goods due to the nature of the products. We sell:
2. Live Fish – DOA & Replacement Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of live fish, we offer NO RETURNS or REFUNDS once shipped.
Replacement is only provided if the fish arrive Dead-On-Arrival (DOA).
videocam DOA Claim Conditions (Strictly Enforced):
- A clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory.
- The claim must be raised within 2 hours of delivery.
- The video must clearly show: Unopened package → The opening process → The dead fish in the original bag.
If approved: You will receive a replacement fish (shipping charges may apply) OR store credit at Seastar Aquarium’s discretion.
3. Aquarium Accessories (Dry Goods)
Eligible for Return:
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong item delivered
Conditions: Request must be raised within 48 hours. Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened food packs
- Medicines & treatments
- Used accessories
4. Order Cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- A full refund will be issued.

- Live fish orders cannot be cancelled.
- Dry goods cancellation after dispatch is not allowed.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, courier delays, natural disasters, or government restrictions. Live fish health cannot be guaranteed in such extreme cases.
