Project Information

Build & Shipping Information

Custom builds generally take 4 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the cabinetry and plumbing. Standard dry goods and equipment ship much faster—usually within 1 to 2 business days, with delivery taking another 3 to 5 days.

We do not take chances with shipping. Every aquarium is packed into a custom-built wooden crate lined with heavy-duty foam. They ship via trusted freight networks with curbside lift-gate service to ensure a safe, smooth delivery to your home or business.

Standard equipment orders over $150 ship for free. For larger freight items (like custom tanks and chillers) and overnight livestock shipping, costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and your location.

Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For large custom builds or commercial installations, we also accept direct bank wire transfers.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to start production on custom aquariums and cabinetry. The final 50% balance is collected right before the unit ships or our installation team arrives on site.

Absolutely. We partner with Affirm and Afterpay so you can split larger purchases into manageable monthly installments. It’s a great way to handle the upfront costs of high-end lighting or comprehensive filtration systems.

Warranties & Returns

If your freight delivery arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the driver's delivery receipt and refuse the shipment. Contact us within 24 hours so we can immediately start building a replacement and handle the insurance claim.

Because custom tanks and stands are built specifically to your exact dimensions, they cannot be canceled or returned once production has started. Please double-check all your measurements before approving the final design plans!
